Pleasurecraft Marine Engines, Little Mountain, SC

Design and construction of two Dyno Cells, including raw water system, marine specific exhaust water separation system, fuel scavenge air system, fire suppression system, and control automation of all systems through Automated Logic Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Additional project included raw water and waste water system for production engine test stands.

Malibu Boats, Loudon, TN

Design and construction of New Dyno Cell and production test stands including Dyno Air precision combustion air system, raw and exhaust water supply systems, fuel system, fire suppression system and control automation system.

Vermont Sports Car, Milton, VT

Design of 2 New Dyno Cell support systems, including raw water supply, fuel system, scavenge air system, fire suppression system, and control automation system.

Hendrick Motorsports, Charlotte, NC
Renovations of four existing dyno cells, new water supply and cooling systems, new cell air and exhaust systems, exhaust chimneys, oil supply and recovery system, sound attenuation panels, fire suppression systems, new dynamometer installations, and two DynoAir climate control systems. Construction of two new spintron rooms with boiler capacity. Extensive renovations in engine shop including new engine assembly rooms, new parts cleaning rooms with exhaust capabilities, new magnaflux room, and new IT offices. Current project is construction of electrical room and supply of electrical components for new motoring dyno and upgrades of spintron capabilities.

Partial design and construction of nine new engine cells and two chassis dyno cells. Work included new water supply and cooling systems, fuel systems, cell air supply systems, sound attenuation panels, oil supply and recovery system, and three DynoAir climate control systems to eight cells.

Renovation of two engine cells. Work included new water supply system, cell air supply and exhaust system, and DynoAir climate control system. Turnkey design and construction of three chassis dyno facilities including cell air supply and exhaust, water system, control room, and DynoAir climate control system. Engine shop renovations including new engine assembly rooms, new machining room, new car fabrication areas, new parts room, and new office spaces.

Renovation of three existing engine cells and one spintron room. Work included new water supply and cooling system, new air exhaust system, and DynoAir climate control system. Turnkey construction of two new spintron rooms. Installation of dyno fire suppression system and grinding room dust collection system.

Turnkey construction of four new engine cells, new spintron cell, and new chassis dyno cell. Work included new water supply and cooling systems, new air supply and exhaust systems, sound attenuation rooms, cell doors, viewing glass, and DynoAir climate control system.
